Shipping options and timescales
Alchemy can ship to virtually any address in the world. All USA and Canadian customers are serviced from our US warehouse. Customers outside of the USA and Canada are serviced from our UK office or a local distributor in your country. To order from our UK office please visit the UK site at alchemyengland.com.
Orders ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm Central Time typically ship the next business day. 2-Day and Overnight orders must be placed before 12pm Central Time to ship the same day. Orders placed Friday afternoon ship the following Monday.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are served by Standard and Expedited shipping; 2-Day and Overnight are not available there. Delivery estimates count business days from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.
Canada and Mexico
Orders to Canada and Mexico ship via USPS, with rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs handling.
