Demonia's Footware Return Policy

Returns due to an error/defective item from Pleaser/Demonia will be issued a return shipping label for full credit or replacement (free shipping and handling on replacement orders of damaged/defective shoes) within 30 days of the ship date.  If you receive a defective product or an item shipped in error, please DO NOT ware the shoes and keep all original packaging.

Returns due to your error or choice are accepted within 15 days of your invoice date.  You are responsible for arranging the shipping back to Pleaser/Demonia's warehouse.  There is a 25% restocking fee, for this type of return within 15 days of the invoice date.  Anything after 15 days will be treated on a case by case basis and are only eligible for 50% credit.  Please DO NOT ware the shoes and keep all original packaging.  Replacements/Exchanges will need to be reordered through our website as a new order.

Merchandise must have been ordered from our website directly and supported by an Alchemy of England invoice/packing list.

No credit will be given until the returned merchandise has been thoroughly inspected and evaluated by Pleaser USA, Inc. Upon approval you will receive an e-mail notification from us, detailing your credit.

How to return your Demonia Footware 

1. Please call us at 1-800-578-1065 or create a return through your Alchemy of England account online.  Click here for instructions on creating a return.  Once your request has been received, you will be given a Return Authorization number (RA#) and or a return shipping label will be issued.  A UPS or FedEx label will be issued only when the return is due to 1) Pleaser's shipping error or 2) a manufacturing defect. Please make sure you request the RA# and affix the label in accordance to step 3 listed below, or your package will be refused when it arrives at the Demonia/Pleaser warehouse!

2. You will be sent a completed Merchandise Return Form to print and include, with the returned merchandise. Without complete information as seen on the Merchandise Return Form, returned merchandise is subject to a 15% service charge by Demonia/Pleaser.

3. Write the RA# and when applicable affix the Return Label to the outside of the shipping parcel to be returned. Merchandise received without an RA# issued by Pleaser/Demonia will be refused and returned unopened to the sender. Pleaser USA, Inc. is not responsible for the shipping charge incurred from returns without RA#.

4. Collect returns, authorized or not, will be refused.

5. All returns due to Pleaser's shipping error or a manufacturing defect must be shipped via Pleaser's UPS or FedEx Ground accounts by the shipping label we provide to you. Return shipping costs on labels you have paid for will not be credited back, so please wait to receive the label from us!

Shipping Times for Demonia Shoes

Your Demonia/Pleaser shoe order should ship to you within 3 business days.  If there is a delay, we will contact you to let you know.  If your order contains a Demonia/Pleaser item and an Alchemy product, you may receive more than 1 shipment.  Please do not think you are missing anything!  If you have any questions or concerns, call us at 1.800.578.1065
