Alchemy can ship to virtually any address in the world. All USA & Canadian customers can be serviced from our US distribution office in Fort Worth, Texas. All customers outside of the USA & Canada will be serviced from our UK office or a local distributor in your country. To order from our UK office please visit the UK site at www.alchemyengland.com.

Alchemy USA shipping hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:30-2pm. Any orders placed after 12pm central time will typically ship the next business day. Please keep in mind if you place your order Friday evening, it will not ship from our warehouse before the following Monday.

Below is a table showing approximate shipping transit times from our Texas warehouse. If an order is needed by a specific date or for a special event, and you are concerned about delivery times, please select an express method of shipping when you check out. When you complete your shopping cart at the Alchemy Checkout Counter, options for Fed Ex Express (3 Days), 2 Day or Overnight will be available to choose from.
